With experience advancing U.S. agricultural priorities across multilateral, regional, and interagency platforms, I bring a perspective shaped by both policy analysis and hands-on engagement in international negotiations. This perspective is informed by my global experience across the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation forum (APEC), U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and the United Nations, supported by a strong foundation in international economics, agricultural trade policy, and sustainable development. My work has focused on strengthening the global competitiveness and resilience of U.S. agriculture by translating technical issues into actionable policy, coordinating U.S. positions, and helping ensure that priorities are understood in complex international settings.

At the World Trade Organization, I supported U.S. representation on agricultural trade and sanitary and phytosanitary issues, managing interagency coordination to develop clear and consistent policy positions. This required navigating the intersection of trade rules, science-based standards, and real-world stakeholder concerns, as well as preparing strategic guidance and high-quality materials for senior officials. Through this work, I developed a strong understanding of how multilateral disciplines influence market access and regulatory certainty for U.S. producers.

Throughout my career, I’ve strengthened my ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders, break down complex technical and political issues, and communicate policy priorities in a clear and thoughtful way. I would welcome the chance to bring this experience to your organization and to continue supporting a strong and globally competitive U.S. agricultural sector.
